Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with TN Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Prefer one year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans and evaluate patient care needs; carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, cleanse wounds, monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition using electronic systems.
• Educate patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary care planning team.
