Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the RN scope. You will work in a therapeutic environment, perform medication administration, wound care, monitoring, and patient education as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a TN nursing license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire, and have 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing
• Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing
• Current BLS
• ACLS within 6 months of hire
• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess plans and evaluate patient care needs; carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, cleanse wounds, monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition using electronic documentation.
• Educate patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary care planning team.
