Job summary

Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse with a generous hiring incentive up to $23,500. The role offers varied shifts with up to $7 in differential for evenings, nights, and weekends, and a minimum rate of $41.41 per hour for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred).
• Experience providing direct patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family.
• Formulates, coordinates, and provides plan of care with education and discharge planning.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises plan of care.
