Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan care per scope of practice and unit standards.
• Address patient, family, and cultural needs throughout care.
• Coordinate and provide plan of care including discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and meds per policy.
• Evaluate and revise care plans based on patient response.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to resolve needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment; participate in evidence-based practice.
• Engage in unit and organizational quality and safety initiatives.
