Job summary

Portsmouth Regional Hospital, part of the HCA Healthcare family, is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a cardiac stepdown unit. • ACLS and BCLS must be current or obtained within required timeframes
• New Hampshire RN license is required
• Associate Degree of Nursing is required or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes
• Perform procedures and functions as ordered by provider
• Document care in medical records promptly and thoroughly
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients
