Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH, is seeking a Cardiac Stepdown Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to lead patient-centered care and coordinate unit nursing functions.

You will partner with management to monitor nursing care, provide coaching, and support improved outcomes. This full-time role offers days, 36 hours weekly, with weekend/holiday rotation and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Hampshire required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
