Mercy Health System is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time position in Arkansas. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for nurses with at least 1 year of experience and involves caring for step-down and mixed med/surg patients on blended units.

Formación

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure as required.
• Certifications: AHA Healthcare Provider card or equivalent; ACLS and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care on blended units (med/surg 6:1, step-down 4:1).
• Manage cardiac drips, post-procedural patients, and cardioversions per protocol.
• Support patient populations including CHF, COPD, CKD with standard nursing care.
