Mercy is seeking an experienced RN to join a fast-paced unit. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

The role includes evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by peers and coordinating with other departments to deliver safe, high-quality care. With a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs and no contract, the position welcomes applicants who have at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must hold a current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider, ACLS and BLS (or obtained within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
