Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN to provide patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. This role coordinates with other departments and evaluates care effectiveness, aligning with Mercy Service Standards.

Position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience and no contract. Includes a blended bed unit with diverse patient population and cardiac care responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Certifications: American Heart Association Healthcare Provider, ACLS and BLS (or within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties in line with Mercy mission, values, and standards.
