Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required
• Current state RN licensure
• BLS or ACLS certification preferred; ACLS within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments; create and adjust plans of care
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination across hospital departments
• Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policies and procedures
