Qualifications

• RN licensure in Tennessee
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire
• ACLS/ALS obtained prior to hire date or transfer date

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Serves as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's care needs with healthcare team

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
