Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care according to nursing process and organizational policies
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency and scope
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the care team
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities
