Job summary

AdventHealth in Burleson, Texas is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time position. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor outcomes, educate families, and collaborate with the care team.

Required RN license, BLS and ACLS; Associate degree is required, Bachelor's degree preferred. EKG knowledge and Cerner/EPIC EMR experience are advantageous. Pay range is $33.61–$62.53 per hour with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• RN license (Registered Nurse) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Experience in critical care area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and data collection.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
