Job summary

Texas Health Huguley is seeking a registered nurse to join our full-time care team in Burleson, TX. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, and educate patients and families within a collaborative team.

Job Description:

Shift Times

7:00am - 7:00pm (3 shifts per week)

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Previous EKG Interpretation Class [Preferred]
• EPIC [Preferred]

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:

• Experience in a specialty area(s) [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
