Qualifications

• RN state licensure (or compact state licensure) required.
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow the nursing process and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Documents assessments and reports changes in condition to the care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
