Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Cardiac Special Procedure Tech to support invasive cardiovascular procedures in a full-time daytime role. You will scrub, gown, and assist the cardiologist, prepare patients, and monitor during procedures.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field, and BLS/ACLS certification is required with RCIS/RCES or CI preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in Cardiovascular Technology or related field.
• RCIS/RCES (CCI) or CI (ARRT) certification preferred.
• BLS/ACLS Required.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs and gowns for surgery to assist the cardiologist in all aspects of invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Performs a variety of specialized and complex invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular procedures.
• Assists the cardiologist in all surgical and diagnostic procedures.
• Prepares patients and assists in monitoring the patient’s condition during invasive cardiovascular procedures.
