Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Cardiac Special Procedure Tech to support invasive cardiovascular procedures in a day shift setting. You will scrub and gown for surgery, assist the cardiologist, and prepare patients for monitoring during procedures.

The role requires an Associate degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field, BLS/ACLS, and relevant certifications preferred. Strong teamwork, communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in Cardiovascular Technology or related field required.
• RCIS/RCES (CCI) or CI (ARRT) certification preferred.
• BLS/ACLS Required.

What you will need as a Cardiac Special Procedure Tech:

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in Cardiovascular Technology or related field required.
• RCIS/RCES (CCI) or CI (ARRT) certification preferred.
• BLS/ACLS Required.

• Ability to recognize normal and abnormal ECG rhythms, ischemia and infarction patterns.
• Understands basic concepts in aseptic technique.
