Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ARDMS or RVT Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Valid driver's license; BLS or ACLS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiograms, stress echoes, and vascular studies as required.
• Educates patients on procedures and answers questions.
• Operates ultrasound equipment proficiently.
• Creates digital preliminary reports and verbally communicates findings.
• Ensures accuracy of data for clinical reports, demographics and billing.
• Maintains equipment functionality and availability for immediate use.
• Keeps records and reports on equipment and procedures.
