Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital in Enid, OK seeks a day shift, PRN Cardiovascular Sonographer to acquire echocardiographic and vascular data, prepare preliminary reports, and support cardiology and imaging teams. Responsibilities include patient prep, history collection, procedure explanation, and maintaining equipment and safety standards.

The role involves independent work, potential weekend/holiday coverage, and potential float to other Integris sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of a CAAAHEP accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program or equivalent clinical experience.
• ARDMS-RDCS or ARRT-S/CI or CCI-RCS within 12 months of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work independently and maintain clinical, HIPAA and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult, pediatric and neonatal echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds with accurate data acquisition.
• Explain procedures to patients, obtain clinical history and ensure informed consent where required.
• Maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and protect patient privacy.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and assist with procedures as needed.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call rotations and weekend coverage as required.
