Job summary

A leading health care provider in Muskegon is seeking an Entry-level Echo Technician II to perform specialized echocardiograms and assist with diagnostic procedures. Ideal candidates should hold a degree from an accredited CAAHEP program and possess BCLS certification. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Certification as Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) required within one year.
• Preferred: One or more years of ultrasound experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized echocardiograms.
• Assist with exercise and pharmacological stress echocardiograms.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment.
• Review patient charts and perform patient assessments.
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical competency processes.
