Job summary

Intermountain Health, at St. James Hospital in Missouri, is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to perform echocardiograms, stress echoes, and TEEs ordered by physicians. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for eligible applicants.

This is a full-time role with 10-hour shifts and rotating after-hours and weekend standby. Qualified candidates will have an AMA-accredited ultrasound program, RDMS/ARDMS certification, and BLS within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound education program or equivalent.
• RDMS or ARDMS certification required; BLS within 3 months of hire.
• Experience in echocardiography and related ultrasound techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms, stress echoes, and TEEs as ordered by physicians.
• Provide accurate imaging and documentation for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain patient safety, prepare equipment, and ensure quality control.
