• Review echocardiogram results with physicians and participate in quality assurance activities.

The Cardiac Sonographer is responsible for performing diagnostic tests, such as echocardiograms, vascular studies, and follow-up paperwork for each procedure. Looking for candidates who are caring and courteous when dealing with patients and their families, coworkers, physicians, and guests of the hospital.**Responsibilities And Duties:**50% Performs ultrasound imaging. 20% Prepares required reports. 10% Maintains files. 10% Maintains equipment. Provides needed statistics. 5% Handles telephone to schedule and provide information. 5% Reviews results of echocardiogram with physicians and performs quality assurance activities.
