Job Description

Heartbeat Health is looking for an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our fast-paced, innovative, clinical services team! In this role, you will provide on-site transthoracic echocardiograms to patients in partnership with our clients. Heartbeat Health provides a unique opportunity to deliver on-site care as an extension of our virtual-first environment that is at the forefront of cardiovascular care delivery. We are seeking an individual to work 2 days per week on a 1099 Contractor basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Independently perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms.
2. Perform exams efficiently and in a timely manner.
3. Follow standard protocols to ensure accurate and complete studies.
4. Attend monthly team meetings and educational sessions.
5. Travel to multiple locations throughout the week to perform echocardiograms onsite.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.
2. Accredited 2-year degree in Allied Health/Nursing or a recognized and accredited program in Ultrasound Technology.
3. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
4. Proficient in English with excellent customer service skills and bedside manner.
5. Tech-savvy and forward-thinking.
6. Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team, and independently with minimal supervision.
7. Knowledge of Studycast is preferred but not required.
