Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will support rehabilitation services by managing patient transport, equipment, assisting therapists, and maintaining documentation. You will ensure high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely and punctually.
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment.
• Support therapists during treatments and assist with patient mobility.
• Manage documentation and compliance, including EMR uploads and report generation.
• Restock supplies and perform clerical duties.
• Conduct chart audits and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CNA certification in mandatory states.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with EMRs/EHRs; familiarity with PCC, Net Health, Innova Health is a plus.
