Job summary

Dau International is conducting a confidential search for two Regional Sales Director openings focused on the Mid-Atlantic region. This hands-on hunter role requires established cardiology relationships and a proven track record in healthcare sales with a strong new-business focus.

Representing remote cardiac device monitoring software and services, you will own deals from prospecting to close, travel across the Mid-Atlantic, and drive territory growth with clinical and commercial support.

Qualifications

• Cardiac sales background with 10+ years in healthcare sales, incl. 5+ years in cardiac sales.
• Proven hunter: prospecting, opening new accounts, closing business.
• Established cardiology relationships in the Washington, DC-Baltimore corridor, MD or Northern VA.
• Willingness to travel across the Mid-Atlantic and manage territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships, sales targets and territory growth.
• Build pipeline and personally close new accounts for remote cardiac device monitoring software/services.
• Collaborate with clinical and commercial teams to advance deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with physicians, practice leaders and health systems.
