Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or licensing equivalency.
• No experience required.
• BLS HCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing practice standards to increase quality of care and quality of life for patient and family.
• Establishes effective relationships and advocates for the patient in care planning.
• Uses the nursing process to develop and implement the plan of care and evaluate outcomes.
• Develops assessment and management strategies considering holistic factors of health problems.
• Coordinates with the inter-professional team and communicates to support care.
