Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as we advance toward an RN-led stress testing model. This role will lead stress testing services with support from an onsite provider and collaboration with our stress technologist.

The ideal candidate has critical care/ED/Telemetry experience and a strong understanding of cardiac arrhythmia identification. This is an opportunity to expand practice within a collaborative, patient-centered cardiovascular

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience required
• Critical Care/ED/Cath Lab and telemetry experience preferred
• In-depth understanding of cardiac arrhythmia identification and interpretation preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to respond to changes in patient status

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and conditions
