• Ability to lead workstreams and monitor direct reports in clinical and sales objectives.
• Vendor credentialing requirements and vaccination verification may apply.

Responsibilities

• Support and achieve the regional sales plan.
• Develop a safe learning environment with a positive team culture.
• Recruit, onboard, coach for sales and clinical performance.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with marketing, training, enterprise accounts and clinical trials.
• Forecast regional sales and participate in market potential assessments.
• Travel quarterly with the team to visit customers; maintain clinical competencies.
