Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or Mercy coworker status.
• Monitor tech competency exam with 85% passing score.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient cardiac monitors and alert RNs/clinicians to rhythm changes.
• Review patient information to determine normal heart rhythm patterns, current patterns, and variances.
• Collaborate with RNs and clinicians as part of a care team to support patient care.
