Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience required.
• Background in medical device sales, clinical education or clinical research preferred.
• Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Serve as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow-ups, device programming and troubleshooting.
• Deliver effective education and training to health care professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses and key hospital staff to foster trust and engagement.
• Address customer needs efficiently and collaborating cross-functionally to support patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory in accordance with company guidelines to help ensure product readiness and availability.
• Participate in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians, including nights, weekends and holidays.
