Job summary

BIOTRONIK in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to support pacemaker and ICD implants, educate care teams, and partner with physicians across CRM technologies. You will travel within the territory to ensure top patient outcomes and ongoing clinical education.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years’ cath/EP lab experience, strong time management, and a valid driver’s license for extensive travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related science‑based field or equivalent professional experience (3+ years) in cath lab/EP lab/pacing environment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to independently prioritize work.
• Professional presence and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow‑ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver engaging clinical education, in‑services, and technical training to customers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within your territory and ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
• Document clinical activities, including implants and follow‑ups.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage.
• Travel within and outside the territory to support customers and business needs.
