Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or Kinesiology (or 3+ years in cath/EP labs), strong time management, travel readiness, and a customer-focused, professional presence. Travel within the territory and on-call coverage required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related field (or 3+ years in cath/EP labs).
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
• Professional presence with strong customer focus and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver clinical education, in-services, and training to customers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within the territory and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
• Document clinical activities, including implants and follow-ups.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage.
• Travel within and outside territory as needed.
