Job summary

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in the Miami area to support physicians with pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting. You will travel within the territory, provide clinical education, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for customers and patients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent clinical experience (3+ years) in cath/EP labs, with strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or related science-based field or equivalent professional experience (3+ years) in a cath lab, EP lab, or pacing/CRM environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus are required.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe and effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies.
• Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within the territory to support high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies.
• Accurately document clinical activities, including implants and follow-up visits.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage.
• Travel within and outside the territory as needed to support customers and business needs.
