Job summary

BIOTRONIK is hiring a Field Clinical Specialist to provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting. The role partners with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective use of BIOTRONIK technologies and delivers impactful clinical education and training to customers.

The FCS will travel within the territory, support on-call coverage, and stay current on CRM technologies, electrophysiology, and pacing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in cath lab/EP lab/pacing CRM (3+ years)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and drive a lot

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical support for pacemaker and ICD implants, follow-ups, and troubleshooting
• Partner with physicians and healthcare providers to support safe and effective BIOTRONIK technologies
• Deliver engaging clinical education, in-services, and technical training to customers
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource within your territory for high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain knowledge of cardiac pacing, defibrillation, electrophysiology, and CRM technologies
• Document clinical activities including implants and follow-ups
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 territory coverage
• Travel within and outside territory as needed to support customers and business goals
