The role requires a Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience or CRM certification, and the ability to obtain CRM product certification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 3+ years of related experience or a CRM program certification.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a clinical interface between medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible relationships with customers and shares product knowledge.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM product inquiries.
• Develops, leads, and facilitates CRM product trainings for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
