Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist for a field-based role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will provide engineering, sales, educational and clinical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients and field staff, handling CRM product inquiries.

Responsibilities include serving as a clinical interface, building trusted customer relationships, delivering training sessions, and backing CRM Sales Representatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and Abbott.
• Demonstrates the ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries on CRM products.
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions and other programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
