Abbott is a global healthcare leader and the CRM Cardiac Rhythm Management team is hiring a field-based Product Support Specialist in South Tampa, FL. You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff about CRM products, while providing engineering, education, and clinical support.

Role requires a biomedical engineering background, 3+ years of related experience or CRM training certification, and the ability to obtain CRM product certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3+ years related experience or cardiac training program certification.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology or cardiac EP procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Able to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors and customers; handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalent for materials.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Interface: acts as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Relationship Building: build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Comprehensive Support: provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Training and Education: develop and lead CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Sales Support: provide backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.
