Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop patient exercise prescriptions.
• Provide exercise planning, counseling and monitoring to patients.
• Schedule cardiac rehab sessions.
• Perform assessments for patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Ensure all patients receive professional customer-focused service.
• Coordinate with supervisor for maintenance of rehab equipment.
• Assist with evaluation and recommendation of new equipment.
• Promote benefits of Cardiac Rehab with physicians and community.
• Teach education classes for patients.
• Assist with outcome measurements.
• Adhere to AACVPR standards.
