Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science is required.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS within 90 days of hire is preferred.
• Experience with stress testing and EKG interpretation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administers care to cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients in Phase II outpatient setting.
• Performs stress tests and 12-lead EKG and related monitoring per policy.
• Interprets results and communicates status to supervising physician.
• Educates patients and families on procedures, therapy plans, and safety.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care and outcomes.
• Collaborates with team to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care.
• Ensures safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
