Responsibilities

• Designs and implements Exercise Programs for individuals to improve overall functioning and well being
• Schedules members
• Assists Program Coordinator in the designing and implementing of new programs
• Performs peer review/PI participation
• Assists with weekly statistical collection and notifies trends affecting targets
• Participates in continuing education
• Assists Program Coordinator in hiring and training new staff
• May assist in marketing and promoting exercise programs to local physicians and the community
• Makes recommendations for new department equipment, supplies and materials
• Leads staff meetings in absence of Coordinator
• Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position
• Performs other duties as assigned
