Qualifications

• Degree in Exercise Physiology is required or preferred.
• Experience in Cardiac Rehab is preferred.
• Certification: BLS Provider Certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient histories and perform risk stratification to set safe exercise goals.
• Administer and supervise clinical exercise interventions per cardiac rehab standards.
• Modify individualized exercise prescriptions with cardiology and nursing teams.
• Develop home-based exercise routines and lifestyle modification plans.
• Maintain accurate progress notes in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.
