HCA Healthcare’s Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Orem, UT seeks a Concierge Medical Observation Recovery to elevate the patient experience. You will greet patients, assist with navigation, scheduling, and care coordination while delivering compassionate, person-centered service.

You’ll perform routine admin duties, coordinate referrals, promote imaging services, and support department growth initiatives within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service, computer skills, excellent teaching skills, and consulting skills is required.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
• Excellent impersonal skills working well with other employees, patients and external parties.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, helpful and caring manner, both in person and on the phone.
• Assist patients and staff through the patient experience.
• Perform routine administrative duties.
• Provide patient navigation for specific referring physician offices, to include scheduling, delivering information, tracking of patient referrals, promotion of Imaging services, office visits, and related responsibilities.
• Promote department growth initiatives.
