Job summary

Novant Health's Cardiac Pre and Post Procedure Unit in Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You’ll deliver cardiac care, monitor patients, manage peri-procedural support, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to optimize patient flow and outcomes.

You’ll build personalized relationships with patients and families, apply evidence-based practices, and participate in a unit focused on professional development and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; active RN license required.
• If your RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed, refresher coursework may be required.
• One year relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac pre/post-procedure care and monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Support patient flow and discharge planning to optimize unit efficiency.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care grounding decisions in best practices.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

RN licensure in NC or eligible

One year relevant experience
