Ansible Government Solutions is recruiting Cardiac Perfusionists to support the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. You will assist with surgical cases like bypass and valve replacements, while also providing critical perfusion services to veterans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in perfusion approved by the VA.
• Full and unrestricted license to the services covered by this contract.
• Graduate of an accredited Allied Health Education Program in Perfusion Technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cardio-Thoracic service with surgical cases.
• Perform on-site perfusion services for eligible veterans.
• Prepare and operate the heart and lung machine.

Skills

Experience in open-heart surgery

Heart-lung machine operation

Membrane oxygenation

Intra-aortic balloon pumping

Documentation of current certification

Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in perfusion

Post-baccalaureate certificate in perfusion
