Qualificações

• Graduate of a nursing program and RN licensed in the practicing state(s)
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s)
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required per specialty
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and post-ICU care
• Accurate EHR documentation and record-keeping

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
