Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Atrium Health Cleveland 3E Progressive Care Unit on a part-time basis.

The schedule is 7p–7a, 24 hours per week with shifts on Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays. The unit cares for cardiac, medical and surgical patients and uses telemetry monitoring; pay ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour and benefits are eligible. A supportive team environment encourages ongoing education and professional governance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a board-approved RN education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in governance and quality initiatives.
