Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Grapevine is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac PCU, a fast-paced unit caring for cardiac and general PCU patients.

You will perform detailed assessments, create and adjust care plans, educate patients and families, delegate tasks, and work with the team to ensure safe, high quality care. Nights 7pm–7am, every other weekend; 20-bed unit (operating with 12).

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification.
• Grad of an Accredited Program in nursing.
• 2 years of Med Surg Tele or 1 year of PCU experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs and educate them on care plans.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and timely care.
• Build relationships with patients and families to support recovery and comfort.
• Document learning needs and participate in staff development and quality initiatives.
