Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - McKinney is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. The role requires at least 1 year of PCU RN experience in a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients and cardiac drips.

Shift is full-time days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with rotating weekends and no call requirements. Competitive benefits and relocation assistance available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program.
• Min of 1 yr PCU RN experience.
• RN license and BLS certification required (or within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit.
• Maintain 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 32-bed PCU.
• Deliver cardiac drips and mixed surgical post-operative care (vascular, ortho, neuro, trauma).
