Job summary

Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC, seeks a Nurse Manager for the Progressive Cardiac Unit (PCU). This full-time, day-shift position oversees nursing operations, staff development and patient care delivery in alignment with mission and standards.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, at least 3 years as an RN with 2 years in a leadership role, SC RN licensure and national certification; CPR current. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, performance, safety, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN; 3+ years RN experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Currently licensed as an RN in South Carolina; National Nursing Certification; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service to patients and families; monitors satisfaction and develops action plans with staff.
• Manages human, financial, materials and information resources to fulfill the organization’s mission.
• Delivers high standards of care and ensures regulatory compliance and best practices.
