Job summary
Lexington Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Progressive Cardiac Unit (PCU) in Columbia, SC. The role oversees nursing unit operations, staffing, and adherence to clinical standards to deliver quality patient care on the day shift, 7am-3:30pm.

Qualifications
- BSN required and SC RN license in good standing.
- 3 years of RN experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- National Nursing Certification in Specialty at time of hire (or within 6 months).
- Maintains current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operational functions of the nursing unit per hospital standards.
- Lead and develop nursing staff; recruit, retain, and reward top talent.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high quality patient care across shifts.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage resources and budget.
